- No room/ service is held until receiving your official confirmation, availability is subject to change without prior notice. If any service is not available, we will offer an alternative for your consideration.
- No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
- Tour guide(s) & driver(s) working time:
Guide and vehicle, if included, will follow the exact confirmed program.
Their maximum working time for sightseeing is from 08:00 am – 17:00 pm or 08:30 am to 17:30 pm.
Dinner time is in 2 hours from 07:00 – 09:00 pm including pick up/drop off from/to your hotel.
Overtime charge:
- USD 25 per hour for guide and vehicle for 4-7s car;
- USD 35 per hours for guide and vehicle for 15s minivan;
- USD 50 per hour for guide and vehicle for 24 minivan bus up
Your understanding and punctuality are highly appreciated because our tour guide(s) and driver(s) also need to refresh and recharge their health to work well on the next few days.

For lunch and dinner are not included in the program, clients will have to manage themselves and no guide and vehicle/driver escort for meals (except full day trip, lunch will be escorted by tour guide and driver).
- Compulsory tips policy for tour guide(s) and driver(s):
Tipping for tour guide(s) and driver(s) is compulsory and you will pay directly to the tour guide in cash.
- Group under 6 pax: Minimum USD 5/guest/day
- Group from 6 pax up: Minimum USD 3/guest/day
For a group from 15 pax up, we will collect the tip for the tour guide and driver beforehand and will be charged in the total invoice.
- Travel Insurance:
While you’re never required to buy travel insurance, it’s usually a good idea and we recommend all travelers to consider investing in a little extra coverage to protect your hard-earned vacation money. We do not provide travel insurance. However, we do recommend using a third-party insurance carrier in your country to provide your coverage.
Schedule
Day 1: Siem Reap Arrival
Upon arrival, welcome by tour guide in Siem Reap, transfer to check in hotel! Then we will visit Wat Thmei (Killing Field) contains a unique glass-walled stupa containing the bones of victims of the Khmer Rouge. Some of the bones were recovered from a nearby well while others are the remains of soldiers who died on a nearby battlefield. Come back to visit the “Les Artisans d’Angkor – Chantiers Ecole” the Finest Authentic Khmer Arts and Crafts, or Senteur D’angkor, the realm of Khmer scents. Overnight in Siem Reap!

Day 2: Angkor Discover (B)
Breakfast at hotel, explore South Gate of Angkor Thom known as Big Angkor, 3km2 walled and moated royal city and was the last capital of the Angkorian Empire, The famous Bayon Temple was an architectural muddle, in part because it was constructed in a somewhat piecemeal fashion for over a century. Terrace of the Elephants is an impressive, two and a half meter tall, 300 meter long terrace wall adorned with carved elephants and gradual that spans the heart of Angkor Thom in front of Baphuon – huge temple mountain in the heart of Angkor Thom, Royal Palace Area and Phimeanakas – impressive rite and sandstone pyramid. Terrace of the Leper King is at the north end of the Terrace of the Elephants, a double terrace wall with deeply carved nag as, demons and other mythological beings. Last you will visit Ta Prohm temple which is a wonderful combination of human genius and natural beauty! Giant trees have grown here for centuries.
Afternoon visit Angkor Wat temple, the founder of the temple was Suryavarman II who reined Cambodia from 1113 to 1152 and built the five towers in the 12th century to dedicate to the Hindu God Vishnu. The plan of the pyramidal conception of the temple combined with spaces, alleys, ditches is an ancient masterpiece of architectural design and construction. It is time to for a romantic sunset view. Have funny time at bars and pubs at Angkor night market! Overnight in Siem Reap!

Day 3: Siem Reap – Fly to Danang – Hoian (B)
Breakfast at hotel, free leisure on own arrangement until time transfer to airport for flight onwards! Upon arrival at Danang airport, you will be greeted by our tour guide and driver and transferred to hotel for check in. Accommodation at hotel in Hoian.
Day 4: Cam Thanh Coconut Village – Hoian Ancient Town (B)
This morning, you will drive to Hoian to visit Cam Thanh coconut village. Here, you will experience basket boat ride around the coconut forest, learn about the daily life of Vietnamese fishermen, their families and their community. You will surely experience the feeling of floating on the waves of water and join an equally fun basket boat race between the baskets together in the cheering and bustling music drum. In the afternoon, visit World Heritage Hoi An Ancient town, which is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site. Enjoy a walking tour of this enchanting town visiting an old merchant house, a Chinese Assembly Hall and the Japanese Covered Bridge. Also explore its many craft and silk shops and the colorful fish and produce market. In the evening, take a delightful lantern boat ride along the Thu Bon River and experience the enchanting atmosphere of Hoi An at night. Accommodation at hotel in Hoian.

Day 5: Hoian – Hue City Tour (B)
After breakfast, depart early to Hue. In comparison with other ancient capitals in South East Asia. Hue city is the one that still preserves comparatively the intact appearance of a complex of the monarchic capital consisting of walls, palaces, royal tomb, … You will visit to Hue Citadel, the Forbidden Purple City, the Imperial Museum. In the afternoon, visit the Khai Dinh Tomb, is situated in Chau Chu Mountain, about 10km away from Hue city, Vietnam. The tomb is the smallest, but most costly and recent one in comparison with other tombs of Nguyen royals. Accommodation at hotel in Hue.

Day 6: Hue – Fly to Hanoi (B)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Hanoi. On arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International airport. City Sights: Visit Ho Chi Minh Memorial Complex and Ba Dinh Square. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum which contains the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh (closed Mondays, Fridays and from 15 June to 15 August); and Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House where Ho Chi Minh lived from 1958 until his final days in 1969. Preserved in the same condition as during his life, it may be viewed through the windows. Continue to the miniature 11th century One Pillar Pagoda which was rebuilt after being destroyed by the French in 1954. Visit train street (may view from outside). Next stop is Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Free for shopping at Hanoi Old Quarter. Accommodation at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 7: Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise & stay overnight on Board (B/L/D)
07:30 – 08:30: Following breakfast, cruise shuttle bus picks you up from your hotel and travel to the spectacular World Heritage site of Halong Bay in the Gulf of Tonkin (approximately four hours). Arrive at your jetty in Halong City towards noon and proceed with check-in formalities. After your welcome onboard, a lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board. Towards the end of the day the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board. Overnight aboard on Halong Bay.
Note: 2 days cruise itinerary is subject to change bases on each cruise company, English speaking guide is available on board.

Day 8: Halong Bay Cruise – Hanoi – Fly to Luang Prabang (B/Brunch)
Enjoy your fresh morning in the middle of the bay, the sun rises on Halong in the morning and breakfast is served (brunch on some boats) while the vessels cruises slowly through the magnificent rock formations and back towards port. Disembark and transfer by the cruise shuttle bus back to Hanoi. Then private car picks you up and transfer to the airport for the flight to Luang Prabang. Arrival at Luang Prabang international airport, welcomed by local guide and driver, then get transferred to hotel for check in. Accommodation at hotel in Luang Prabang.
Meal: Breakfast/ Vietnamese Brunch

Day 9: Luang Prabang City Tour (B)
An optional early start gives you the fantastic opportunity to participate in the daily morning alms giving ritual to saffron clad monks. This tradition is unique to Laos, being the only Buddhist nation still preserving this procession. Stop and visit fresh local markets and back to hotel for breakfast.
This morning, depart to visit Wat Visoun, the site of impressive Thad Makmo stupa. The rounded dome is stylistically more Sinhalese than Lao. Continue to visit Wat Aham. Next, visit to the most photographed temple, Vat Xiengthong. Located at the end of peninsular closed to the confluence of Mekong and Khan River. Then move to Wat Sene Souk Haram or literally “Temple of a 100 000 treasures”, one of the most beautiful temples in Luang Prabang, singular by its restored painting of a deep ochre colour, flamboyant and glittering with gold.
This afternoon, continue to former Royal Palace, now the National Museum. Visit Wat Mai, a temple renowned for its golden bas-relief. During Pimai, the Lao New Year, the Prabang normally housed in the Royal Palace Museum is brought and put on public display in this temple.
Nighttime is for your own discovering Luang Prabang night market. Accommodation at hotel in Luang Prabang.

Day 10: Luang Prabang – Pak Ou Cave – Kuang Si Waterfall (B)
This morning, transfer to the pier where you board a traditional long trail boat, for a relaxing cruise upstream on the mighty Mekong River. Enjoy stunning mountain scenery and witness the simple rural lifestyles. You will reach Pak Ou caves at the confluence of the Mekong and Nam Ou Rivers. In these 2 caves are displayed hundreds of sacred centuries-old Buddha images which are the object of pilgrimages during the Lao New Year festivities around mid-April. Cruise back Luang Prabang. Stop and visit Ban Xangkhong, a weaving village, where you can jump into wooden looms with local expert for practical and experience.
This afternoon, driving through green rice paddies and farms. On your arrival at the Kuang Si waterfall, enjoy your short walking on trails of falls to visit the bear rescued centre. Enjoy spectacular views and surrounding of orchids inside the park and falls cascade over many calcified tiers and down several hundred feet into a series of cool, turquoise pools. Return to Luang Prabang. Accommodation at hotel in Luang Prabang.

Day 11: Luang Prabang Departure (B)
