1. Overall service:
- No room/ service is held until receiving your official confirmation, availability is subject to change without prior notice. If any service is not available, we will offer an alternative for your consideration.
- No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
- Tour guide(s) & driver(s) working time:
Guide and vehicle, if included, will follow the exact confirmed program.
Their maximum working time for sightseeing is from 08:00 am – 17:00 pm or 08:30 am to 17:30 pm.
Dinner time is in 2 hours from 07:00 – 09:00 pm including pick up/drop off from/to your hotel.
Overtime charge:
- USD 25 per hour for guide and vehicle for 4-7s car;
- USD 35 per hours for guide and vehicle for 15s minivan;
- USD 50 per hour for guide and vehicle for 24 minivan bus up
Your understanding and punctuality are highly appreciated because our tour guide(s) and driver(s) also need to refresh and recharge their health to work well on the next few days.
- For lunch & dinner that are not included:
For lunch and dinner are not included in the program, clients will have to manage themselves and no guide and vehicle/driver escort for meals (except full day trip, lunch will be escorted by tour guide and driver).
- Compulsory tips policy for tour guide(s) and driver(s):
Tipping for tour guide(s) and driver(s) is compulsory and you will pay directly to the tour guide in cash.
- Group under 6 pax: Minimum USD 5/guest/day
- Group from 6 pax up: Minimum USD 3/guest/day
For a group from 15 pax up, we will collect the tip for the tour guide and driver beforehand and will be charged in the total invoice.
- Travel Insurance:
While you’re never required to buy travel insurance, it’s usually a good idea and we recommend all travelers to consider investing in a little extra coverage to protect your hard-earned vacation money. We do not provide travel insurance. However, we do recommend using a third-party insurance carrier in your country to provide your coverage.
- Image/video usage rights:
We often capture amazing moments during the tours and would love to share some of these including photos or videos that may feature you in our marketing materials to inspire other travelers. If you’d rather keep your tour experience private, please just let us know before the tour starts. Otherwise, we will assume you consent to their use.
Schedule
Day 1: Phu Quoc (D)
Upon arrival in Phu Quoc, met by our tour guide and driver and transfer to hotel for check in. Visit Pearl Farm: “Experience the beauty and allure of pearls which across centuries and cultures have long been associated with wealth, royalty and glamour”. The place you can find out procedures of pearl production. Pepper Farm: “Visit local pepper garden and learn about the harvesting of pepper – that is use around the world in everyone kitchen”. Sao Beach: Its fine white sand has many fans and most of the time you can expect crystal clear turquoise water – a postcard-like example of a tropical beach. Enjoin dinner at local restaurant. Accommodation at hotel in Phu Quoc.
Day 2: Phu Quoc – Vinpearl Safari – Grand World (B/L/D)
After breakfast, transfer to visit Vinpearl Safari. The safari consists of two main parts: a safari park and an open zoo. The open zoo was designed in the semi-wild form with surrounding moats, creating a living environment harmonious with nature as well as providing visitors with the most realistic and lively observation. Meanwhile, the safari park was divided into many subdivisions for different animals. Visitors can experience the park on dedicated buses in a unique form of “free animals, captive people”. In the late afternoon, discover Grand World, an all-in-one recreational complex where you can shop, dine, relax, and enjoy art performances along with a variety of other activities 24/7.

Day 3: Cable car & 4 islands trip by speed boat (B/L/D)
8:00 – 8:30 Pick up at Resort / Hotel. You should bring sunscreen and swimwear for the tour today.
9:00 Arriving at An Thoi Port, the delegation boarded the waiting Canoe, settled down, put on life jackets.
The canoe will pass through all 12 different large and small islands,
Visit the Coral Park, you can try sea walker (expense is on your own).
Having fun on Mong Tay Island: The most famous and well-known island in Phu Quoc. You can change here to swim and take pictures. The beach is small, but the sand is fine white and the water is as clear as jade. In addition, here visitors can also see coral.
Explore Gam Ghi Island (Dam Ngang) to dive and see coral: The island has a unique shape with the highlight of the overlapping unicorn rock formations. This place is known as the coral kingdom because it has 17 types of hard and soft corals.
All 4 islands are blue, still unspoiled, coming here you can experience and immerse yourself in the beauty of the ocean and islands.
Canoe docked at Hon Thom, the guide will take you to Aquatopia Hon Thom Water Park – the largest theme water park in Southeast Asia
Take Hon Thom cable car to discover the island from above via the longest sea cable car in the world.
Check-in at AN THOI station – Ancient Rome Colosseum, right in the heart of Phu Quoc

Day 4: Phu Quoc Departure (B)
After breakfast, free for leisure until the time transfer to airport for departure flight (driver pick up/without guide). Say goodbye with sweet memories!
